The MIE Portfolio ShowcaseThis Spring (2011), MIE@NEC celebrates its 5th annual Online Portfolio Showcase, to highlight the accomplishments and learning practices of our students. Excerpts of student portfolios will be assembled into 'best practice' and 'process-oriented' portfolios and displayed here on the MIE@NEC website. Portfolio work will be chosen on an "opt-in" basis.

Guided Internship Resources
Each semester, MIE students can be found doing a wide variety of internships, from conducting their own research projects via the MIE Research Center to teaching private lessons, coaching youth ensembles, conducting Artist Outreach, or exploring connections between literacy and music.
